The Notaria of Playa Blanca, in its condition of essential public service, will continue to provide the notarial service exclusively in cases of urgency or that do not admit deferment or whose deferment may cause significant damage, circumstances that the public notary will asses after previous consultation via email or phone and could deny if those documents that are not urgent, indespensable or necessary

The appointments already arranged will have to contact the notary via email or phone in order to determine the maintenance, postponement or cancellation.

In any case, the provision of the notary public service will be carried out in accordance with the following rules:

1. No document will be signed without prior appointment

2. Absolutely no one will be attended without an appointment

3. Its strictly prohibited to enter the Notaria before the staff gives you authorization

4. Only the grantors and translators may attend the signing of the document.

5 Access to the Notary will be carried out one by one and they must take a seat in the place of the room indicated by the Notary staff, without being able to move the chairs or alter their arrangement.

6. You may attend to the Notary with your own autoprotection items and with your own pen, if not you shall follow our instructions.

7.- You must scrupulously respect the security distance, being prohibited all kinds of physical contact within the Notary, both with staff and with other users of the notary service.
